Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy
African Union Agenda 2063 Ambassadorial Assembly
1. Introduction
Welcome to the African Union Agenda 2063 Ambassadorial Assembly. By participating in the induction and investiture of Ambassadors, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
2.1 Non-Refundable Fees
- Once a nominated Ambassador has completed all required payments for induction and investiture, these fees are generally non-refundable. If the nominated Ambassador decides to withdraw from the program for any reason, whether due to grievances or undisclosed reasons, the Ambassadorial Assembly is not obligated to issue a refund.
2.2 False Credentials or Misrepresentation
- If a nominated Ambassador is found to have submitted false credentials or misrepresented their status, the Ambassadorial Assembly reserves the right to cancel the nomination. In such cases, no refund of any fees will be provided.
2.3 Declining Nomination
- If a nominated Ambassador declines the nomination after payments have been finalized and sensitive materials have been produced, the Ambassadorial Assembly will not provide a refund.
2.4 Refund Eligibility
- A refund request can only be considered if made within 48 hours of payment and before any sensitive materials have been produced. Any request for a refund after this period or after the production of materials will not be entertained.
3. Ownership and Use of Diplomatic Materials
3.1 Ownership of Materials
- All diplomatic materials provided to the nominated Ambassadors remain the property of the African Union Agenda 2063 Ambassadorial Assembly. These materials include but are not limited to certificates, identification badges, and any other official documents.
3.2 Revocation of Materials
- The African Union Agenda 2063 Ambassadorial Assembly reserves the right to withdraw any diplomatic materials from the invested diplomat if they are used improperly or for criminal or unethical activities. This ensures the integrity and ethical use of our resources.
4. General Provisions
4.1 Amendments
- The Ambassadorial Assembly reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the nominated Ambassadors via official channels.
4.2 Acceptance
- By participating in the induction and investiture process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy.
