Hailing from Imo State, Nigeria, Joseph’s educational background and diverse experiences have sculpted him into a multi-faceted individual with a wealth of skills and expertise.

Education has been a cornerstone of Joseph’s journey. He graduated from Imo State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History & International Studies in 2009. To further hone his understanding of global dynamics, he pursued a Diploma in Peace and Conflict Resolution and international Relations from the African School of Diplomacy & International Relations in 2022. In addition to his formal education, Joseph has expanded his knowledge through various programs, such as Customer Relationship Management at HP Life Academy and Gathering & Developing the News at Michigan State University.

Joseph’s skills are diverse and extensive, encompassing areas like Management, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Negotiation, Critical Thinking, and Communication. His prowess extends to the realm of documentary film and television program production, where he showcases his creative and innovative capabilities.

His professional journey has been marked by significant roles and achievements. As the Head of Operations at Walton Media Limited, Joseph oversees the business operations of divisions like Outlook News Network, internship programs, and creative film and PR services for clients. He has also collaborated with the African Union E.C.O.S.O.C.C Nigeria Office from 2016 to 2020, contributing to the development and implementation of programs ranging from financial inclusion for women to African cultural and creative initiatives.

Joseph served as the Creative Director for 1st Mega Vision, a production studio of My TV Africa, where he produced diverse television content. He was also instrumental in shaping strategy and communication for Active BlackPride and Reputation Poll International, a United Kingdom based online publication and rating platform focused on reputation management.

His involvement extends to various organizations, including the Pan-African Chamber of Culture, Trade, and Commerce, where he held the position of Communication & Brand Director. Additionally, he founded the African International Documentary Festival Foundation and the Guild of African Music & Entertainment (G.A.M.E). Joseph’s contribution to the world of entertainment extends to projects like “Bad Comments,” a Nollywood movie released in 2021, where he played a pivotal role as a Public Relations and Branding Expert/Consultant.

Joseph has received recognition for his outstanding contributions, earning accolades such as the “Custodian of the Nigerian Dream” in 2017, a nominee for the Broadcasting Organizations of Nigeria (BON) Best Male OAP Northern Region Award in 2015, and the title of Fellow of African Arts and Culture (FAAC) in 2018. He was also appointed as the first Head of Mission of the African Union Agenda 2063 Ambassador in 2019 and became a Fellow of the African School of Diplomacy and International Relations (F.I.S.D.I.R).

Beyond his professional commitments, Joseph is a member of various esteemed organizations, including the African Civil Society Forum, Initiative of Mental Health and Peace Sustenance, American Film Club, Nigerian Union of Journalists, and the Actors Guild of Nigeria (where he consults and organizes the AGN International Festival in the USA as the Festival Secretary). Joseph is the converner of the African Women in Business Summit, the AfroSyde Festival (Afro Carribbean Conference and Festival in Dallas, USA) etc. He was invited as a Guest to the 14 edition of the African Achievers Awards Held at the House of Lords UK Parliament, the African Summit at Dorchester Hotel London etc

His interests extend to working with NGO and charity organizations, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact on society and creating great concepts that will influence the Creative Economy, Film and Cultural Diplomacy Sector. Currently Joseph Ibeh has been appointed as the Clark of the African Union Agenda 2063 Ambassadorial Assembly where he works with fellow A.U Agenda 2063 ambassadors to birth the Africa of our Dreams.
